Dr. Sharon Schlossberg is a board certified radiologist and joined Zwanger-Pesiri in 2008. She specializes in body imaging and digital mammography.

Dr. Schlossberg obtained her BS degree in biology from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 1998, graduating summa cum laude in the Honors Society. She obtained her MD degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2002.

Dr. Schlossberg completed her internship in internal medicine at New York Hospital Queens in 2003, and her radiology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Jacobi Medical Center in 2007. She completed her fellowship in body imaging at North Shore University Hospital in 2008.

She has written publications on topics including skeletal radiology and the unusual dental pain caused by the carotid artery. Dr. Schlossberg is proud to have served as chief resident of the Department of Radiology at Jacobi Medical Center. In 1998, she was awarded the Jonas Salk Award and in 2005, she was awarded the RSNA Roentgen Resident/Fellow Research Award.
