Dr. Stephen D. Kremer joined Zwanger-Pesiri in the winter of 2007. He obtained his BA degree at University of Rochester in 1975. Dr. Kremer obtained his MD degree at Medical University of South Carolina in 1980.

Dr. Kremer completed his internship at University Hospital of Jacksonville in 1981. He completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in June, 1985. Dr. Kremer completed his fellowship in angiography and interventional techniques at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center in 1986.

Dr. Kremer was previously at Smithtown Radiology from 1986 until 2007, where he served as president from 1997 to 2007.
