We are located in Stony Brook Medical Park on Rte 347/Nesconset Hwy, adjacent to the Burger King.

From the west, take Northern State Pkwy to the end onto Rte 347/454. Continue east for 2 miles and at the “Y” split, stay to the left onto Rte 347/Nesconset Hwy for 6 ½ miles. Just past Stony Brook Road, make a left at the Burger King traffic light. We are the fourth building on the right, #15.

From the LIE/495, take Exit 62N onto Nichols Road North. Continue on Nichols Road for 6 miles. Make a left at 347/Nesconset Hwy. Make a right at the first traffic light just before Burger King. We are the fourth building on the right, #15.
